Robert and I are embarking on a new diet, but just because you’re dieting doesn’t mean the food can’t be downright delicious! Allow me to introduce the perfect weeknight meal that will leave you full without the guilt: Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple and Broccoli.
Chicken Parmigiana is my absolute favorite dish. My husband always makes fun of me when we go to Italian restaurants because of how predictable I have come with ordering this. Every time we sit down he immediately asks “So are you getting the Chicken Parm?” and I ALWAYS say no and read the menu for 10 minutes before ultimately deciding on, you guessed it, chicken parm. Don’t get me wrong, I have every intention of trying something new each time but just can’t even seem to pass it up.
Growing up I hated salad. I thought salad (and vegetables) were the root of all evil. Now that I’m getting older, my metabolism is beginning to slow down, and I actually care what I put into my body, I am learning that salad is my friend and can be downright delicious.
